Ray Monteleone is President of Paladin Global Partners, a business management consulting firm, and Managing Partner of Monteleone CPA & Associates, a full-service CPA firm. Ray focuses on strategic management, problem solving, mergers & acquisitions, compensation consulting, growing companies, exit planning strategies, and senior executive mentoring for clients worldwide in industries such as healthcare, high tech, manufacturing, education, financial institutions, and not-for-profit organizations. He held numerous directorships such as Rexall Sundown, First American Railways, Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railway, Rush Holdings, and Pointe Financial Corporation, serves as Chairman of the Board of Innoveren, and is a member of the Board for Chen, Moore & Associates, chairing the Ethics & Governance Committee. A CPA, Ray was Partner/Tax Director at Arthur Young for the South Florida practice and consultant with Holland & Knight involved in strategic planning & practice development. Ray was VP of Global Corporate Development for Sensormatic Electronics Corporation and interim CFO. He was President of First American Railways; Chairman and Co-CEO for Loren Industries; Deputy Commissioner, COO/CFO for the Florida Department of Education; and an officer of Laser Spine Institute.
Monteleone serves professional/civic organizations including Florida Tax Watch (member of the Board), Leadership Florida (Audit Committee), Executive Leadership Orientation Committee (Class ’02) and member of the 2017 Planning Committee, Florida Atlantic University Foundation Board, Chair of the Audit Committee and serving on the Executive, Finance and Nominating Committees, and FAU Broward Alumni Council (Past Chairman), Florida Institute of CPAs and member of the Health Care Conference Planning and CPAs in Industry Committee American Institute of CPAs, Leadership Broward Foundation (Past President), was Vice Chair of the Fort Lauderdale Chamber and current member, and member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance. Previously on the Board of the Broward Education Foundation (Past Chair, serving for 2 terms) and served on the South Broward Hospital District (Commissioner). Ray was named Leader of the Year by Leadership Broward, Outstanding Broward Alumnus by FAU and inducted into its Parliament of the Owls (2010), just to name a few.
Monteleone graduated cum laude from New York Institute of Technology, attended the Arthur Young Harvard Business School program, received his MBA from FAU, and he lectures at universities and professional association seminars
Nicholas Monteleone is a highly accomplished sales, marketing, and revenue management executive with over 28 years of leadership experience in the global hospitality industry. As Managing Director of Paladin Hospitality, he specializes in hospitality consulting, with expertise spanning hotel development, feasibility studies, asset management, and strategic oversight for luxury resorts and multi-use hotel developments.
Nicholas’s distinguished career includes executive roles at world-renowned brands such as Montage International, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Viceroy Hotel Group, and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. In his most recent capacities, he has led global sales and revenue teams, developed award-winning training programs, spearheaded market due diligence for new developments, and overseen revenue strategies for a diverse portfolio of properties worldwide. His tenure at The Ritz-Carlton included multiple President’s and Chairman’s Award recognitions for record-breaking sales performance and innovative account management as well as a trainer of The Gold Standards.
Throughout his career, Nicholas has consistently delivered exceptional results in revenue growth, brand positioning, and operational excellence. His leadership style is grounded in active mentoring, relationship-building, and empowering teams to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
Nicholas is known for his deep expertise in market analysis, business development, team building, and operational process improvement, making him a respected leader and advisor in the hospitality field.

Jinah Shockley is a results-driven accounting professional with extensive experience in public accounting. With nearly a decade at Paladin Global Partners and Monteleone CPA & Associates, she has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in preparing complex federal and state tax returns for businesses, nonprofits, and individuals. She provides guidance and support to help clients improve their financial position, streamline accounting processes, and make informed financial decisions across a range of industries and entity types.
Her expertise spans financial statement preparation, tax planning and compliance, payroll setup and processing, financial consulting, and sales tax filings. She has extensive knowledge of partnership, investment, and multi-entity accounting. Additionally, she has experience in HOA administration, 401(k) audits, nonprofit accounting and reporting, and state compliance consulting—showcasing her versatility and adaptability.
Jinah is known for her sharp attention to detail, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines. Her technical fluency includes QuickBooks, UltraTax CS, File Cabinet CS, and the Microsoft Office Suite. She brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset to every engagement and is committed to continuous improvement in all facets of operational and financial management.
She earned her Master of Accounting and B.B.A. in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and continues to seek growth opportunities in the accounting field through expanded responsibilities, attending continuing education webinars and classes hosted by FICPA and AICPA, and making strategic contributions.
Bo Megginson was a managing partner of the Gold Coast Angel Investors (GCAI) in Miami. Gold Coast launched operations in April 2019, and as of December 2023 Gold Coast has 13 portfolio companies, including Israeli technology companies emanating from a strategic partnership/program with Sarona Partners (Israel’s largest tech incubator/accelerator) and Smart Ventures City (Israeli tech accelerator and family office), among other Israeli funds and quasi-government organizations. Mr. Megginson is on the board of Miami FinTech (fintech trade assoc.) and has served as a board member of St. John Bosco Clinic, a faith-based mission clinic in Allapattah serving uninsured patients.
Prior to joining Gold Coast, Mr. Megginson was the Gulf Coast Executive Director for the 250+ member Angel Investor Management (AIM) Group. Joining AIM shortly after its inception in 2012, he helped grow AIM into the largest and most-active angel investor network in the Southeast U.S., completing 62 deals involving 43 companies, and investing more than $40 million in early-stage transactions.
A veteran of multiple start-up companies, Mr. Megginson's eclectic background helps him relate to today's capital-seeking entrepreneur…from developing projects with Native American Indian tribes, to setting up specialty insurance programs in niche ag markets, to structuring joint ventures on government contracts.
Mr. Megginson is an award-winning journalist, claiming 4 Alabama Press Association awards prior to turning his attention to private business pursuits. An Auburn University graduate, he is also active in his community, serving as a 10-year board member of Victory Health Partners, a faith-based healthcare clinic for low-income and uninsured patients. Victory Health sees patients from 22 Alabama counties, as well as 11 Mississippi counties and 8 Florida counties. In 2018 alone, Victory helped its patients gain access to more than $33 million of FREE medications and prescriptions though the Patient Assistance program. Mr. Megginson is also on the selection committees for the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame and Mobile (AL) Sports Hall of Fame.
